Conquering Death

This is the tool to your salvation.

Remember the movie "Demolition Man" where Sylvester Stallone has his body frozen and then revived at a later time?

Well this is now a reality, the Alcor Life Extension Foundation, in Scottsdale, Arizona charges a mere $150,000 to freeze a body and $80,000 for a head, and is typically paid with life insurance. And yes you heard right, they actually have frozen heads in a cold warehouse somewhere.

Anyway, they're obviously doing this for a reason right, not just some sick joke? Scientists believe that we will have nano-robots that will repair the body so well, that they will not only repair damage to the dead body and revive it, but make you smarter and stronger in the process.
According to Moore's Law we will have the computer processing power that can replicate the processing power of a human brain and have it available to individuals in just a mere 40 years.

Hate your life? Better start saving or get your life insurance in tow for your future death!

You can also see the possibilities of this, imagine freezing Steven Hawking after his death and preserving his intelligence for a later date when other information will be readily available to him. Not only will he have more information for him to create a playground with, but we will most likely have the technology to cure his condition.

Not everyone is a believer though, Dr.Stephen Barrett says in no way we will have the technology at any time to revive a body. So, you feelin' lucky, punk?

  5. The freezing isn't that difficult, defrosting you without killing you is where it gets tricky
